Delivery

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
Other governorates: 4–7 business days

Once your order ships you receive a confirmation message with a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery in real time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders above 500 EGP. Below that, the fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in Egypt — pay the courier when your order arrives. A small COD fee may apply depending on your location, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm. You can also pay by card if you prefer.

Returns & exchanges

You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

If you paid by card, the refund goes back to that card within 5–10 business days.

If you paid cash on delivery, we arrange a cash refund through the courier, or a transfer to your wallet or InstaPay — whichever you prefer. Just tell us when you get in touch.

Want a different size or style instead? Contact us within 14 days and we will sort out an exchange.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available, the courier will retry. After two failed attempts the order returns to us, and re-shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it.
