Dravo Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within Egypt We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. Estimated delivery times:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
- Other Governorates: 4–7 business days
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt. A small COD fee may apply depending on your location.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will retry. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
